Assembly & Finishing
We will assemble any component or sub assembly. Added operations
such as painting, screen printing and packaging can easily be accomodated.
Design
We can assist with design of any product, or if given a brief actually design the product ourselves.
In our experience money can be saved at this stage with knowing "what" can be formed and "what" is achievable, so we work closely with Designers and Marketeers.
We use Mastercam software and can accept most design package files.
Tooling
We produce tooling in house, or if capacity becomes a problem, we can use one of three approved toolmakers.
Obviously at the heart of what we do.
Pressure Forming is used to produce injection moulding quality, high definition plastic component parts, housings and containers to a variety of industries. All of our products are made with Pressure Forming.

Aliminium or Cast
We can supply both types of tooling. For in line machines, cutters and stackers are also produced
CNC Routing
On thicker products or finished components, parts are cut on CNC routers to give a quality finish
